My practice focuses primarily on land use and development, municipal law, government relations, construction litigation, estate planning, and probate practice.

I represent clients who need assistance interacting with government agencies and departments. I have represented clients in front of Zoning Boards, Planning Boards, and City and Town Councils throughout the State of Rhode Island. I help property owners understand what they can do with their property, both by right and by special use permit. I help real estate developers obtain the necessary approvals for new construction, including zoning and planning board approvals. I also represent local businesses in order to obtain the required licenses needed to operate.

From 2019-2023 I worked for the Providence City Council as the Director of Policy and then the Chief of Staff before returning to STMO. In my role with the City, I was responsible for drafting and reviewing all ordinances, resolutions, and other legislative actions of the City Council including tax stabilization agreements, lease approvals, street abandonments, and more. I was also fortunate enough to become the lead staffer assisting the City’s redistricting and charter review processes.

I earned my law degree from Roger Williams School of Law (Bristol, RI) in 2015 and my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Legal Studies from Roger Williams University in 2012. I am admitted to the Rhode Island Bar (2015) and the U.S. District Court District of Rhode Island (2016).
